Processing Time: Once you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. We carefully pack and ship each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier's warehouse. In general, orders will be delivered within 7-15 business days. Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, customs, or carrier delays).

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental U.S. For international orders, shipping rates will be calculated based on destination.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide. If your location is outside of the countries we currently service, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
